We had a wonderful stay at The Juniper Hotel & Bistro with our kids. The spacious Standard Room Two Double Beds was perfect for our family, providing ample space for everyone. The breakfast options were limited.

The view from my room was breathtaking, stretching over Banff and the snowcapped mountains. The staff offered excellent service, always friendly and helpful, especially Carolina at Reception. I enjoyed the food at the Bistro. it was well-priced, featuring some great vegetarian options. The outdoor fire pit created a cozy atmosphere in the evenings. However, the cleanliness of the room needed improvement. I noticed dirty the towels and light dust on some surfaces. There were also no proper drawers or closets for unpacking. I experienced some noise from the nearby road, which might bother light sleepers, but I found the view more than made up for it.

Stunning views and cozy atmosphere
We had an exceptional stay surrounded by stunning mountain views and a cozy atmosphere. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast options, especially dining outside. The only downside was the lack of an elevator, which made carrying heavy luggage a bit challenging.

Had an amazing time here with friends! We explored the stunning plant life on a 30-minute discovery tour and visited two beautiful places showcasing Nehiyawak and Denesulinè cultures. The staff was friendly, and the hotel offered tasty food. Plus, the hot tub view was incredible! Just a heads up, parking can get a bit tight during peak times.
One downside was the road noise. It wasn't too bothersome, but if you're a light sleeper, it might be slightly disruptive.

A Scenic Getaway with Room for Improvement
The breathtaking mountain views truly stole the show during my stay. Although the dining experience offered delicious meals, I faced challenges with customer service. No lift made luggage a hassle. Future guests should definitely book a room away from noise for a more relaxing stay.

The Juniper offers stunning mountain views and a friendly staff that really cares about your comfort. However, the room cleanliness was below expectations, with sticky floors and dusty corners, and the listed amenities were inconsistent. Overall, it has potential but could use a bit more attention to detail.
